Protein life

I've heard that creatine only lasts around a maximum of 6-8 hours in water, what about whey?
Could I make a shake at 8am, and use it at 3pm etc with it still being as potent?

Should be okay if you keep it in the fridge/a cool bag

Why make it at 8am?

whey + water + shake takes 10 secs or am i missing something?

I made the assumption he wanted to blend it with some other stuff (I used to do that many moons ago)

Whey + Water + Some other stuff (bananas, oats, peanut butter, honey etc...) + Shake + Smoothie maker/bender = Alot to carry round all day.
