Will Whey Protein help?

Hi

Id like to increase muscle strength and mass at both my lower body and upper.What id like to know is if i take whey protein(http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=100) right after running or weight training sessions will it help?

Where to begin? Your Diet,training and recovery regime are key.

Your overall daily calorie intake will determine mass gains.Obviously eat in excess of the calories you are utilising to optimise this.

I suggest you spend a couple of hours reading the board for ideas,then,when ready, post your current diet and training routine in the relevant section and advice will be given on changes that need to be made.

You need protein for your muscles to recover.

Dont get it from Holland and Barrett its crap stuff.

As said by para look around the forum alot of your questions cant be answered by looking around

H&B are a great store, but not for their BBing supps, if you need to increase your protein intake with a protein supp instead of real food, then try myprotein.co.uk great stuff, great price.
