You want a mass gainer?

Milk + Oats + Whey + Olive Oil + Flavouring = 1000kcals

Yep MuscleMilk has bucket loads - mostly from the fat I think? Tastes pretty good too.

I'd go with Whey, Oats, Peanut Butter.

Re: protein with calories

its far easier to make your own, and the cost is much less, plus your getting real food down you when you make it with oats... far better than any supplement.

How much easier can it get than whacking in 2-3 scoops, add water and shake?!

youve got me there but surely the whole food from the oats is better than just a carb and protein supplement

It is yeah, but from a convenience and taste perspective (MuscleMilk is great) then a ready-made is usually a winner....

I suggest MuscleMilks chocolate & banana crunch to anyone!

Re: protein with calories

well any mass drink will have calories and so will MRP's but most pure protein shakes have around 80-100cals per scoop so if you are talking about a pure Protein drink then go for the ones higher in protein like Extreme protein and Dorians range otherwise any decent brand of Mass drink will do

Re: protein with calories

I'd take Protein Blend and Oats over any Mass Gainer personally.
