Hi all.

I was wondering if anybody has actually used monstersupplements.co.uk, or have I been ripped off by a 'web' company?

I ordered a tub of reflex whey on Monday, its now Thursday and I have not recieved my order. I did get a receipt by email but every time I phone monster supplements the line is busy.

Are they a real company of have I been ripped off?

If they're a real company i'm highly unimpressed with their service and wont be using them again.

Yeah mate, they're for real. i've used once and had really fast delivery. I'd get in touch mate, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. As far as im aware they don't use royal mail either so you would expect your stuff to have arrived!

Be careful here there are two one reputable and one not so ... the Original and very reputable company is Monstersupplements.com ... the other one which sprung masquarading as the former is Monstersupplementcompany.co.uk . I know the owner of the former and they have had alot of problems with people thinking the second site is them and since the latter has had some pretty serious service issues it is not doing the former any favours .. I believe it is being sorted in the courts

but in the meantime stick with the former you should get great service etc if you are not then contact them as I am sure there is an error etc

On our retail business we ship out alot of parcels and assume they all get there unless we hear .. couriers can cock up alot and unless we know then sitting fuming your product is not there is not going to help anyone :-)

Thanks for the replies all, its good to know I havent ordered from a fake website!

I got through on the phone today, it seems that DHL have stuffed up, so they will be phoning me tomorrow.
