I fell into this trap. There are two companies. Monstersupplements.com which are really good and I highly recommend them. Then there is Monstersupplementstore.co.uk who appear to be trading under the good name of the first. I was appalled with the service I received from Monstersupplementstore.co.uk and they are not to be trusted.
I think you are refering to the rip-off site monstersupplementstore (uk) they use DHL. I have used www.monstersupplements.com for over 5 yers and never once had any problems. They ship via Interlink and Royal Mail only.Really good guys.

I ORDERED M-STACK 2 TOOK 23DAYS DELIVERY AND WHEN ARRIVED GOT NORMAL M-STACK WHEN I RANG TO COMPLAIN WAS TOLD BLUNTLY, WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE WHAT YOU ORDERED THEY SEND YOU AN ALTERNATIVE, OF THERE THINKING (GREAT)
LETS NOT GIVE A REFUND MUST BE STRUGGLING FOR 30QUID WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, AND IF ANY BODY ELES DOES ITS A LOTTERY WHAT YOU WILL GET, ABOUT A MONTH LATER.
JUST SO THER IS NO CONFUSION HERE IT THE OUTFIT IN GLASGOW

Ive found the original monstersupplements not good at all. In fact im still waiting for half of my last order even now from 2 weeks ago, they wont even respond to my emails.
Thats the last two orders i have had to chase up by phone, not impressed !!
I've used them a couple of times and they were brillant, really fast delivery.
