![]() | Protein Shakes - Bad? I heared rumors about protein shakes being hazardous for the metabolism because of high content of acids? :confused: I take whey protein regularly, in the morning with my porrige and after gym workouts. Is this really true? lol Or could it be a problem of some cheap protein products? And is there a real difference between different whey protein products apart from added substances and lower/higher calorie value? thaks in advance ![]()

It's as if people like to say "Oh my friend stopped taking that because it's bad, this that and the other" or "don't use that you don't need it" or "I never used that you can do without it's probably bad for you" lol for things like meat stacks, protein powder, creatine, vitamin supps... wth :crazy: I also notice loads of people say "why do you need the gym?"... maybe it's just pshycological bull***t lol what do you think? :|
