phd supplements are fab i been using most there stuff, although a little limited its all great quality

Try stomach 4 scoops of Nlarge2.... sheesh!!!

I have not used supplements for almost 2 months... have I gotten smaller... no! They should probably only be used if you cant have a meal.

Interesting about the whole egg thing. I used to do about 18 eggs back home. 16 of those egg whites and 2 whole each day. Perhaps I should get back on them. Hopefully Tesco's so called British eggs are safe?? Their tray of 15eggs go for a good price!
