Whey Protein

I have been taking ON 100% whey for last year or so and call me a tight b@$tard but their prices have been rising pretty steadily so I am now looking at alternatives. At the moment I am taking MRM Metabolic whey which is actually quite nice but would like to know what you guys reccomend as a decent protein which is reasonably priced and also not too heavy on the stomach.

Re: Whey Protein

Alot of the guys on here, myself included, use unflavoured whey from the board sponsors.

Otherwise brands i have used and trust include Extreme,CNP and Reflex.

Re: Whey Protein

i have started using the unflavoured stuff from Adonisnutrition.co.uk. They are board sponsers and appear to be a decent outfit.

I like and still use optimum, doesn't seem to have gone up much where I get it.

Re: Whey Protein

I use unflavoured. I only use whey with oats blended in anyway so I can't really taste the whey that much, more the oats.
