![]() ![]() | Re: water or milk???? I had a slightly odd theory. I drink my first shake in the morning with milk to give a longer absorbstion period. Then all my other shakes or protien drinks threw day i use with water. Then the one before night once again with milk for longer absorbtion period again. Not sure if its the best way forward but seems to have soem logic to it ![]() |
