Help been it for 6 weeks now

i have been consistent at the gym, i use machines for the arms and legs, crunches, planks and situps 4 abs, seated row, and running 20-25 mins.

I have cut fat from my stomach, with running, and legs have stregnthed.
My arms and abs are hardest for me, cant manage to get my arms bigger now.

I am 5ft 10.5
11.5stones

I want to be bigger but not HUGE, want good abs as well.
Would those body fat tablets be good?

I have a basic diet, i eat as much protein i can

morning is usally ceral, toast with cottage chesse.
lunch is pastas with tuna or chicken or jacket potatoe with tuna or beans.
dinner is hard for me i dont know what is right to eat, but i try to cut all carbs after 6.

Could some expericed people, give me some advice, on what to do next, as in diet, training and how to get bigger but not huge.

I am not on any supplements, its obvious i am not taking enough protein, should i use whey?

Also how can i bulk and get better abs, i still got fat on my stomach, i cannot see my abs but can feel they are stronger, should i use something 2 burn the fat? Thanks

as long as your trying to burn fat you'll not build muscle.
your chasing after two things that lead you in diffrent directions.
imo, just ofcourse.

if your not getting enough protein in your diet mate you should use whey, also, have a search through the site as theres plenty of threads on diet and training techniques that suit your goals.
