I've used both and find ON 100% to be much better, it's what I mainly use, but I add my own things to it..Rocky Road flavor is lush

Re: Elite whey

Dymatize Elite whey tastes great and mixes well, it doesn't have any thickening agents so makes a very thin and thirst quenching shake. All of there flavours I tried, I liked!

Not sure about quality, they seemed fine to me and have always been a very cheap brand (although that is changing), you don't need much protein anyway, far less than advertised in Musclemag etc.

I use dymatize elite, buy it in the 10lb boxes. Very happy with the taste and the price, since I tried it I haven't looked anywhere else.

I have used Elite whey for ages and love it.

It has served me well without any issues. Tastes great as well in a good mix of flavours.

Re: Elite whey

WEll to be fair, I think the differences in actual protein content weren't huge and if you were getting the product for cheaper then there's little cause for concern

Re: Elite whey

yeah, just to confirm what genesis says...Gram to gram Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey Protein packs little protein in compared to other brands. Relflex instant whey and Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey come top.

Re: Elite whey

As i posted in the other thread guys, Elite whey about a tenth as much cholesterol as ON - this is esp important for enhanced buds and whats more elite isnt thicky and muddy...ON sits in you like a brick.
