![]() | cheap protein? hi there guys ive been using usn pure protein for the past 2 years but its so pricey i nearly go through 2 tubs a month. awesome ingrediants but at 32 quid a tub there must be cheaper stuff with all the glutamine, bcaa, efa's and casein all in one. i do use myprotein but i like a nice tasting drink as i urge so easily hope you gents could gimme some feed back on the best buy shakes and where from cheers nige |

![]() ![]() | Re: cheap protein? dude you could always make your own, with a plain protein powder from 1 of the site sponsors, you can buy flavourings etc, glutamine creatine bcaa's aakg all together. initial cost would be relatively high but im sure you'd save some £££'s in the long run. just an idea. |
