 | soya protein reduces testostrone???? Hi all long time since i posted on here but as im back and training harder than every thought I'd come back cuz :love: lol, Right i went to GNC today and bought 2 lots of protein 1 whey and 1 soya , the guy at the counter call shaun recons that soya reduces testostrone and for me to stay away from it, i like to mix things about abit to make sure im getting the best of both products, can anyone shed any light on this because ive never heard of it before, thanks

  | Re: soya protein reduces testostrone???? From what I have read is that soya protien promotes estrogen, rather than reduces test. But it's not a very harmful version of estrogen - so you don't really need to worry about it.

| Re: soya protein reduces testostrone???? the Soy protein data is well out of date soy protein is a very good addition to a blended protein product i would not use it on its own but then i would not use any one protein type on its own...
