  | protien shakes mixed with raw eggs??? is this ok??? i was just told i should do that sum milk, raw egg whites and protien powder (pro peptide i usualy use but i have cheaper protien lying around too)

My shakes, normal, not Post WO, consist of 45g of whey, 4 eggs, 400ml goats milk, and 20g milkshke powder. As a side note, Cost Co, do 1kg of Pasturised Whole Egg liquid, for £1.15, which is equal to 20 medium size eggs, I think this actually works out cheaper than buying eggs, and it far more convienient. You could cook with it too. I only got 2 cartons to see what it was like, but I'll be driving 40 miles there to get a load more this week, it was that good,

Agreed adding raw eggs to shakes makes a huge difference imo! we cna have this arguements amount protien powders and real food all day long but i would much prefer to have one scoop whey and 4 eggs =45g protien that 2 scoops whey equalling the same.. imo eggs mixed is in a different league to protien powder only

Nytol...this egg liquid from cost co..?....does it mind being frozen??? or has it got a decent life before its opened,?... i can get to cost co every now and again and could stock up,,,, cheers,.... oh and back on topic...i like to add at least one whole egg with every solid meal or shake,... i started this as a means of ensuring a better more complete protien , and now its just a habit......

| Re: protien shakes mixed with raw eggs??? now liquid egg whites is diffrent because they are past ur eyes so no chance of catching salmenella but raw eggs guys is it really worth it seeing as you could be very ill or do you all want to be rocky
