Your gym may have them, or look online. You can get bodyfat scales that look similar to bathroom scales, but these are unreliable. You can also get handheld devices, but again they are unreliable. ...or if you want to be really anal about it, try a local university to see if they have a bodyfat pool in their sports science department. ![]() |

Accept that you might put on some bodyfat whilst packing on the muscle but then just remind yourself that you can loose it later on to leave a nice ripped appearance. No pain no gain... can be attributed to many things. |

I have a question, say if I was to have a protein shake first thing in the morning for breakfast, the simple mix with water (im on a diet) really isn't going to provide a meal substituion is it (with only 98kcals). If I add milk would that be so bad? |
