protein Advice

i am new to this body building and would lak advice on how to get the most out of the protein a bought its the the body fortress whey protein. could sombody tell me when i would be best to take it and what i would need to do so i can bigger, stronger etc....cheers :lift:

You only NEED a protein shake post work out at which time you should take 1 scoop mixed with WATER and eat a banana at the same time, straight after training with weights.

If at other times during the day you can't eat whole food then the same protein mixed with MILK would be a suitable meal replacement.

Protein powders do not make you stronger or bigger, an overall quality diet and training programme with plenty of patience and determination will.

Read my post on Protein myths and decide for yourself what to do, as a lot of others here will recommend supplemented protein at every sitting, the basics are that you need 6 meals a day of quality whole food (no junk) at a calorie level high enough to gain mass.

With clean food you can add muscle with the minimum of fat.
