Protein Shakes

Hi all,

Can anybody recommend a decent protein shake that mixes well with water and tastes ok?

Re: Protein Shakes

Boditronics is my personal favourite at the moment. Look at the board sponsors and email them asking for samples.

Re: Protein Shakes

Try PhD pharma whey. Tastes lovely if you like them a bit sweeter. Cheapest place I found was monstersupplements

Re: Protein Shakes

bodytronics is nice. Dymatize is sweet (berry blast) and I am getting bored of it now.

Bought some end of the line TwinLab Super Whey Fuel, Strawberry and Banana. Pity I only got one tub as personally I feel it is the easiest mixing and best tasting whey I have ever had. I have searched the Twinlab website and it does not look like they do such a good range of proteins anymore. Booooo!!!

CNP's Pro-peptide (Strawberry) is also nice but not that great at mixing. Maybe the lumps help add to the texture!!!!

Met Rx Whey (chocolate) uuuurrrrgggghhhhh tastes like chalk. If I was not so tight I would have thrown it away!

Re: Protein Shakes

i use pure whey... means I can add me own flavour and this stuff mixes staight outta the tub with about 8 shakes... no lumpies!

Gotta admit tho'.... advantages of no additives aside, it does need flavouring... tastes a bit ROUGH without it
