Question USN whey protien Vs pure protien
hi all,

at the moment i am using usn pure protien, i see they also do 100% whey protien. could anyone tell me the difference between the 2?i have had a look and they both look and do pretty much the same thing.

I think pure has some casein in it , while 100% is just whey...............

Before I discovered my current brand I previously used USN 100% whey

I was really happy with USN protein before I started buying the bulk unflavoured kind.

yeh i must admit, i love the strawberry, i have just started having the chocolate, i normally hate choc flavour, but this i so yum!!!

yeh i get a little bit of that every so often, i thought it was due to sumthing else, now u said that, i do tend to only get that when on this protien, lol. well its worth it
