Re: phd protein?

it tastes 100 times better, ive got the mint chocoalte one. The only downside i can see is it tell you to mix 250ml of water to 1 or 1.5 scoops of mix, which only turns out to be a glass full!

s4 - you can add more water if you want. It is the amount of scoops you put in, not the amount of water that counts!!

Re: phd protein?

s4, ive been using phd pharma whey for quite a few months now and can safely say that not only does it taste great (i actualy look forward to drinking the stuff) but its good quality, lots of BCCA's, L-Glutamine and a good blend of whey isolate and concentrate.

At the mo im interested in Boditronics, done some research and apparantly just as they claim their blend of whey and Micellar Casein in thei express whey could result in 20% more muscle growth. Its also reinforced with BCCA'S and Glutamine. Might give it a go when i finsh my tubs of Pharma whey.

Re: phd protein?

Like the sound of the free sample ... and the discount!

I use PhD, have done for a while now as I love the taste (strawberry). Seems to do the job. Usually use 2 scoops though, to get 40g of protein. Not the cheapest, but good.

Just noticed, the Boditronics Express Whey seems to have a lot of sodium in (14g per 100g), what does everyone think about that? Is that ok?

hi Mate
Thats 14mg per 100g not 14g .. it would indeed be a salty old dog if it had that much

Re: phd protein?

Hey Scott, good to find some other pharma whey fans on here. Just ordered couple tubs of boditronics mass attack and profusion and as far as taste goes the chocolate is pretty good. Ill post back after a few weeks and tell you if ive managed to make any gain on this new boditronics regime.

Re: phd protein?

i got some samples of the PHD Pharma Whey and ISO-7 at my show at the weekend and i have to say it taste very nice, i prefer Extreme Protein but this is decent alternative every now and again....

this sample craze is a really good one in my opinion as splashing out lots of money on 5lb tubs is expensive when you find out it taste like poo
