I agree totally, there is a thread here somewhere where me and ninepack had the soya debate out some time ago. I was shocked because I ate tofu and drank soya milk at the time. There are two distinctive camps for sure, and I don't necessarily believe the claims of either, however if in doubt.....

When I said not in vogue I didnt mean it was not any good, so I am glad you didn't take it that way, what I meant was that in the early days of bodybuilding it was the most popular protein powder, that was until whey came along. The reasons whey became more popular are many but probably down good PR lol!

I am afraid I have begrudgingly succumbed to soy paranoia 'soyanoia' (hey I just came up with that!). Its a shame as I liked the versatility of Tofu and found soya milk pleasent tasting.

You have a good product there, great for intolerance prone people as I said, I would like to see the nutrition community all agree 'Soya is Safe' before I make it a staple of my diet again.
