Re: Which whey powder?

I've tried the bulk powdwers from my protein, they are ok, but carry a little more calories than the 100% protein powders, I recently bought a tub of 100% whey from USN, Mixes good, tastes good, only a few calories, 50g protein per serving, good BCAA profile...
If I am bulking I go for the bulk whey, cheaper and more calories, If I am aiming to reduce body fat then I use a 100% whey with fewer calories...
Price wise the 100% whey is more money, I think £32.00 for a 5lb tub of USN...

Re: Which whey powder?

Try Reflex or Phd both 90 servings, more than most out there or Optimum Nutrition(ON) about 77 servings(I think). Use monstersupplements.com. There good and quick.

IMO the bulkpowders unflavoured whey is great. Cheap, great natural taste and easy mixing.
