the most famous athletics club in USA had carl lewis and flo-jo etc in it, based in LA; centre of bodybuilding- gym talk between the 2 groups led to the rumour- joint and tendon issues (remember athletes are always super lean, and owing to training volume often have knee problems too..)
Scientifically, winny can have no detrimental eddect on the synovial fluid or cartlidge in the joints, & collagen (tendons) is the most abundant protein in the body- winny retains N+, so why wouldnt it work as well for this as other AAS? (conversely deca has no positive influence on joints- it does not effect synovial fluid, and it does not increase cartlidge building more than any other AAS- its better at bone deposition, and for this reason, is the last anabolc avail on the NHS- for osteoperosis in old ladies..)

Winny is fantastic (and Paul Borresson was a huge fan at 200mg/day) thre is NO evidence regarding the joints or tendons. These issues arose because:
    1. athletes (think ben johnson) LIVED on winny for explosive power ,without bodyweight increases (strength/weight ratio is important in speed events)
    2. Owing to the explosive nature of sprinting, sprinters do a LOADS of Plyometrics (eg jump squats, depth jumps etc)- their muscle strength increased RAPIDLY... their tendon strength did not as tendons strengthen MUCH slower than muscle... the plyometrics exascerbated the disparity in muscle/tendon strength-many tendon injurys, particularly patellar (depth jumpts etc) and achillies (functional training for blasting out of the blocks).

hi mate, Last PCT I ran for 6weeks, using a blood test at 2,4 & 6weeks. If you're after a general shot gun approach, the power pct in the stickies section is excellent for a general approach.

Hey Bayman, just been reading that thread about nutrients around workouts and insulin and so on. Just wanting to say I love your use of language. I am a big fan of the english language and writing. "Irrational fears are never rational" and some of the words you use I find fantastic.

Strange compliment I know, but wanted to inform you.

People will think of you what you think of people. You have a very strong view and holding your view as supreme and there is no need to insult people when you are loosing the argument.

People will put you in your place as you grow up and you will learn.

Unlike you my friend, I don't feel the need to insult people. 'Go hit the gym you need to'
