Hi folks i'm on my second Havoc cycle and this is how i had planned to run my PCT and would really like to hear peoples opinions, i ran my first pct like this, kept my gains from on cycle and continued to keep gaining strength wise during PCT, somewhat less but still progressed.

2 supplements that are different this time
Added Glutamine and different trib test booster

Inhibit E
Nolvadex
Milk Thistle
Vitrix
Lean FX
Superpump 250
Glutamine
Vitamins
Fish Oils
　
First 4-5 days
Glutamine before Breakfast & after training
Inhibit E 1 cap 3 times per day with fatty snack
Nolvadex 10mg evening
Milk Thistle 3 caps per day
Vitrix 3 caps morning, 3 caps night

Following 2-3 days
Glutamine before breakfast & after training
Inhibit E 1 cap 2 times per day with fatty snack
Nolvadex 10mg evening
Milk Thistle 3 per day
Vitrix 3 caps morning, 3 caps night

Week 2
Glutamine before Breakfast & after training
Inhibit E 2 caps per day with fatty snack
Nolvadex 10mg evening
Milk Thistle 3 caps per day
Vitrix 3 caps morning, 3 caps night

Week 3
Glutamine before Breakfast & after training
Inhibit E 1 cap per day with fatty snack
Nolvadex 10mg evening
Milk Thistle 3 caps per day
Vitrix 3 caps morning, 3 caps night

Week 4

Reason for dropping the ATD from 75 to 50 on the first week was i had been advised to due to the feeling of dry joints, maybe too much estrogen suppression

RPN Havoc? very much like epistane. I struggled to get Nolva so that's all i have sadly.

oh, sorry mate, not clued up on pretend gear, only the real stuff......but I can't see 10mg nolva being enough for a pct for anything....

lol I'm pretty sure i posted this in the prohormone section, anyway would one suggest running nolva at a higher dose for the first 1-2 weeks taking into account the amount i have?

10mg a day is going to do nothing mate. IMO if you cant get nolva then go with esto suppress as its basically nolvadex anyway, least this way youl have enough to run a proper PCT. Run this for around 4 weeks as you would nolva 40/40/20/20, stack it with a natty test booster even if it doesnt increase test it will improve libido and mood. Also run some sort of cortisol blocker around 2 weeks into PCT such as lean xtreme, magnolia bark, or rhodeola rosacea (often this last one is included in test boosters, hence why id recommend running one post cycle)

Is it your view that these are no good? i'm happy to order something more suited if need be

I'd also like to add, the reason i'm struggling to get Nolvadex is i'm in cyprus for the time being, i'm concerned how strict customs will be regarding prescription drugs being posted by mail, any supplements i've ordered via mail has been opened and inspected lately.

Maybe I dreamed it, but I'm pretty sure I've seen at least one (allegedly reputable) online pharmacy with no scrip requirments operating out of Cyprus. Have a google, maybe you're missing the wood for the trees.

As already said 10mg ed of Nolva will do nothing for your recovery mate, can't comment on the rest of your OTC PCT supplements though as never use them............I really don't understand why guys like you pay huge amounts of money on elaborate OTC PCT when you could just get Clomid & Nolva for half the cost and be safe in the knowledge that its tried and tested?!

Maybe they can't get hold of proper gear & pct? I know i can't get hold of Chlomid atm, and thinking of trying a OCT designer PCT.

Main reason for running an over OTC PCT is exactly what i've said before, i haven't been able to access clomid or more nolva or of course i'd use the more obvious choice. I have run this PCT before, earlier in the year and retained my gains, as for libido, sexual function everything was bang on and continued to gain strength during and after pct.
