M1T 4 years ago

4 or so years ago i took M1T for about 3 or 4 weeks(maybe longer) after looking on the internet for ways to boost my training (as a complete novice) the only thing i used with it was 0x0-6 but not properly. I dont think my Balls grew back properly after taking these things and im sure it is the reason i have extra BF on my chest!!!

Can anybody offer any advice/suggestions as to whether this is possible?

Re: M1T 4 years ago

OK

M1T is one of the most powerful steroids available

somehow it made it onto the shelves of UK health and sports shops

A bit late to run PCT, but i would really look into what you use before using it

As for your current predicament, no gear will get shot of your fat

stick your training and diet up for help with some background on goals and stats and people can help

gear isnt your friend right now

Re: M1T 4 years ago

Cheers. do u want me to put details on here or another area of the forum?
Ive been doin a lot of reaearch into gym/supps/training and it all as a whole, i was stupid to take M1T but i never realised how stupid until now. I know guys who do gear for fun and think nothing of it and give it no thought or planning etc, maybe i was guilty of that back 4 years ago.

Re: M1T 4 years ago

your mid morning and mid afternoon need protein (you say sandwich but do you mean either sandwich and fruit/flapjack or sandwich or fruit and flapjack?, also what type of sandwich? should be lean meat on wholemeal bread) could add a slow digesting protein source before bed, either cottage cheese or casein based shake.

Also you need more healthy fats, do you supplement with fish oil? if not take 2/3g 3 times a day

Re: M1T 4 years ago

my mid morning/afternoon is generally a sandwich or flapjack or fruit, maybe a combo of 2. A typical sandwich will be wholemeal bread with tuna or egg salad usually. I eat peanut butter on ryvitas or rice cakes for snacks too but failed to mention it in my diet. As yet i am not supplementing fish oils but certainly considering it, suggestions please. I really feel i am beginning to develop a good diet and hope to replace any food with better food, my BF is not good and i wanna do more with my diet and training to aid this but my main focus now is to bulk during my rugby off season.
