Smile ANABOL-AMP Steroid Alternative, Info

Hey everyone.

Im new to the site this is my first thred, im 16 years old been training for about 4 months now i train 6 days a week for 1 - 2 hours a day ,ive been browsing the site for a while and i thaught it was about time i joined lol.

So basically i came across this stuff and i just wanted to no if anyone had used it and was it any good really and if you can point me in the direction of anyother non-steriodal products that work well that would be ace.

ANABOL-AMP Proprietary blend:
D-Ribose
B- Hydroxy B-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate (HMB)
Chrysin (5,7-dihydroxyflavone)
Creatine Ethyl Ester
5-Methoxy-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone

to be honest mate i would spend your money on whey protein and creatine be that CEE/Mono or Kre-Alkalyn you will get better results for less money plus as a member you get discount at 25% from Extreme pop over to the site....

On another note mate you train 6 days a week for 1-2hrs do you not want to build muscle?? i would say you are over-training time in the gym does not mean better results more time resting means better results as this is when the muscle grows....

My advice to you mate at 16 is to eat 6-7 meals a day have a diet high in both protein and carbs plus some good fats train hard and rest well and you will grow....

yeah im fairly new to training im cutting down to 5 days now with 2 days rest, i currently weigh 14st and at the moment am trying to loose weight around the abs chest area before i bulk so any good tips would be ace
