| basher | Hey everyone. Im new to the site this is my first thred, im 16 years old been training for about 4 months now i train 6 days a week for 1 - 2 hours a day ,ive been browsing the site for a while and i thaught it was about time i joined lol. So basically i came across this stuff and i just wanted to no if anyone had used it and was it any good really and if you can point me in the direction of anyother non-steriodal products that work well that would be ace.Cheers conor |

On another note mate you train 6 days a week for 1-2hrs do you not want to build muscle?? i would say you are over-training time in the gym does not mean better results more time resting means better results as this is when the muscle grows.... My advice to you mate at 16 is to eat 6-7 meals a day have a diet high in both protein and carbs plus some good fats train hard and rest well and you will grow....

![]() | Re: ANABOL-AMP Steroid Alternative, Info 4 days is enough mate. If you over train you won't get any benefits and instead will make yourself sick. Stick to 3 or 4 days of weights followed by cardio. 45 mins of high intensity lifting followed by 30 mins moderate cardio. Eat a balanced diet (6 small meals a day) of low fat proteins such as turkey, chicken and tuna etc.. get as much veg into your diet as possible, cut out sugar and eat small amounts of brown rice/ pasta/ sweet potato/ oats at each meal.etc. Drink plenty of water and get at least 8 hours sleep each night. Take it easy on alcohol. You'll see results before you know it. Don't waste your money on supplements you don't need. Theres no substitute for correct volume of training, diet and rest. ![]() | Re: ANABOL-AMP Steroid Alternative, Info I have used the supp you have a while ago and found it to do nothing, all the stuff in it is at too lower doses to give you any benifits, your better off just buying protein and creatine seperately! At 16 though I would advise you strongly not to take any PH's or AAS as you are far to young, stick to your natty products if you must take something!!! |
