taking the plunge to the use of slin

alright guys, iv done quite abit of research and iv decided to start insulin alongside gh when i come off my cycle in 5weeks, i would appreciate it if you guys who use these meds to give examples of how much you take of each and what you eat from finishing your training session for this to be effective and what would be appropriate for a 15stone 23 year old to start with. the thing is im looking at the bigger picture here as im hoping to compete in march 2009 at the nabba and wabba northern ireland, therefore my goal is to maintain my size while off cycle for approximatly 14weeks including pct before i start another.
i was toying with the idea of using 2iu with every meal but a guy down my gym is doing this and he said that he gets very dizzy, as if he almost goes hypo and has to constantly eat, any info would be greatly appreciated

I normally take 10 iu's slin + 8 iu's gh pwo.....make sure you have enough carbs (i use WMS) in your pwo shake tho. I normally only put 50 g in, but the recommended is 100g, or 10 g carbs to every iu slin

i use wms at the mo rob, well cornflour, im using 60g with 60g whey. how do you find taking insulin mate, does it make that much of a difference to say just igf. the only place i can ask these questions is here as insulin is frowned upon in my gym and no one seems to take it

I don't like igf mate. Saying that I've only run it twice and it seems ok to take with pct to keep gains but I don't think it's a patch on slin....

he must be realy sensitive to get that way from only 2iu but then people are diffrent.

I dont use hgh or igf-1, I wrote a article about how I *would do it... will have to post it up. give me a min...

Id take it with GH, you will see some site specific growth and a lot of glycogen retention, if taken 10/10 3 x per week then expect a good few punds of extra weight.

If your going to take it alone then keep your diet VERY clean for a good few hours after taking it, the benfits of taking it with GH are tenfold IMO over slin alone.

Use 60g protein and 100g of cornflour/dextrose immediately after training, then try and take in another clean pro/carb meal 1-1 1/2 hr after that.

i use 10iu gh and 8iu ins PWO, shot bi lat in each tri, 3-4 days a week, but as said above ensure you have decent carb\protein drink straight away
