| 4-AD. Is it legal, where to get it? Hello everyone. I am a newbie here and hope not to post too many silly questions!
I have done a lot of reading on 1-testosterone and 4-androstenediol.
Are these pro-hormones illegal in the UK? I want to use them but don't want to break the law.
Any recommendations on where to buy the stuff. I am very worried about not getting ripped off with fake gear. Especially over the internet.
Any advice very welcome.

| Re: 4-AD. Is it legal, where to get it? welcome www.musclefinesse.com do them as do other sites and they are fine in the UK
the required PCT though is not.
M1T is very potent
Superdrol is very strong also
Both need POM drugs for after you finish such as clomid or nolva (if you are inclined to use that) and these are black market or prescription

Sorry mate, what does "PCT" mean.
I will look up Nolva and clomid etc. Are these for the side effects like water retention etc?

| Re: 4-AD. Is it legal, where to get it? They are no longer sold in the united states, but you can still drive a car at about 9 years old, buy a gun at about 14 and walk across the mexican border and be free from the cops any time you hold up a bank or deal crack
God bless america.....if you all start singing please

| Re: 4-AD. Is it legal, where to get it? The M1Test, and superdrol seems a bit in excess of what I wanted. Don't wish to get involved in PCT etc.
Is 4-androstenediol any good? Or an inferior product. It is just a pro-hormone right? (Unlile 1-test which appears to be a steroid in all but name?)
Thanks for the advice buy the way. All a bit confusing for me at this stage. |

| Re: 4-AD. Is it legal, where to get it? What do you want from the supplement?
What do you not want from the supplement?
How old are you?
What are your goals/stats?
How long have you been training?
Do you play or compete in sport?

| Re: 4-AD. Is it legal, where to get it? I am 39 years old, 40 in December.
I have been training for about a year, got to the limit of what my genetics are allowing me (weak genetics!) Up until pumping iron I was a runner and did basic CV work only. Now a knee injury prevents too much running.Naturally skinny frame with a bit of a belly (I know, there are not many worse body types out there!)
I want to build as much muscle as I can in 2-3 months, then do the CV work to trim down. (If that is the best way to do it)
I was looking at the 4-AD option, as seems safer than the 1-test??
Should I bulk up then lose fat? Seems that this is easier than doing the CV work at the same time as pumping iron (I do miss the running but I understand the difference between anabolic and catabolic states)
I don't want to take anything illegal, like proper steroids etc.
Sorry for the lack of information in the previous posts, I wasn't expecting such a lot of help on my first post!
Thanks

I shall bump this for other members to pass comment but i cannot as i dont buy into the outlook of genetic limts being reached after this little training

My advice mate, see a doc and get your test levels checked, you may qualify for TRT, if not then IMO forget the so called designer supps and pro hormones and get your self a course of sustanon.
PS steroids for personal use are not illegal in this country.

| Re: 4-AD. Is it legal, where to get it? ok if it takes 1 year to hit your genetic limit, those who have 'good genetics' (whatever that may mean) would omly need a years training to be ready for the stage?

As for reaching you genetic limit, well if it's a healthy male in his late teens early 20's i'd say 5-7 years. At the risk of repeating myself.
In this case it's not genetics limiting his growth.

I can't find any 4-AD anyway, seems like the stuff in the internet stores is receiving mixed reviews.
I don't suppose there are any more actual stores out on the high street anymore, like a few years ago?
