| Alternative to steroids ? I am 28 and have been training on and off for years. Am training hard again now using protein supps and creatine.
Have been looking at things like Norateen heavyweight 2 and jungle warfare in the quest to get bigger.
Can anyone recommend anything that will help me in my quest to get huge that is not steroids and illegal ??? |

I think most people here will tell you, nothing matches up to steroids.
What's your training programme and what is your diet? |

| Re: Alternative to steroids ? Diet isnt the best i work shifts and nights so try and eat clean and as much protein as poss when i can.
Am training splits at the mo with big moves in each group ie deadlifts for back bench press for chest, squats for legs etc.
Usually do chest with arms
back with tris
legs with shoulders.
Was thinking of trying that bill starr 5x5 program. |

Clearly here is your problem, drugs won't fix a bad diet, legal OR illegal.
There are plenty of guys here that work odd shifts or weird jobs that find a way to get a good diet.
It is possible, just requires some thought and determination. |

Thanks |

i have to agree, my diet is essential, addicted to scotch fillet steaks and organic eggs al least 24 a day (egg yokes out), luv that stuff, megatons of vegetable and reasonable amount of carbs (porridge+brown rice) just keep the diet simple, avoid "white death" like sugar, flour, rice etc;) the most important thing is to realize what somatype you're, personally i weight 98kg and go very low on carbs, keeping my bf about 10% all year round, never used any steroids, but like the gains on them when i see my friends competing :lift:working 7 days a week and i manage easily, sleep, eat and eat, recover well and than hit the work out like it's your last one :third: |

Its crap imo its only the yolk that is considered bad for you anyway, besides i cant see how eating a load of eggs in a week is so detremental to your health. There is alot of worse things out there that people do everyday and dont even think about it. Ad |
