Re: Alternative to steroids ?

Sorry for being a bit negative here, but... does anyone on this supplementation forum ever suggest ANY supplement???

Like Bcfclee27, I'm looking for a supplement, whether it be creatine, pro-hormones, test-boosters, anything that will aid in my muscle-building training that is legal, but will give me the most improvements.

I'm training, eating, and sleeping the best I can - which is what everyone on here is advising. With the hundreds of thousands of supplements out there, isn't there any of them that anyone can say they've taken and had good results? Obviously not as good as steriods, but the best gains?

Cell-Tech, Tri-Matrix, Norateen, Tribulus, Animal Stak, etc, etc, etc, etc..?

Re: Alternative to steroids ?

to be honest mate each product will give different results to different people i get alot from Kre-akalyn but Nytol gets nothing from it??

you say your diet and training are good but you still need supplements? is this because you have come to a standstill?

at the end of the day as long as you have a decent protein powder and creatine that is all you need.

Re: Alternative to steroids ?

I did try Norateen Heavyweight last month, I did gain weight but I put that down to the amount of food/protein I was eating and not the product.

I wasn't sufficiently impressed enough I use it again.

Oh...btw the main ingredient is 'curry powder'...make of that what you will. :-)

Steve.

BTW. I must be on around 6+ eggs a day. Maybe more at the weekend. I feel great.
How would you recommend cooking them ? poached ? and do you leave the yolk intact

Re: Alternative to steroids ?
