| Re: Alternative to steroids ? I would go for cooked eggs if you can. There is some evidence to support that the human body has a hard time digesting raw eggs and you might only get around 50% - 65% of the value compared to 95%+ for cooked eggs.
BTW. I must be on around 6+ eggs a day. Maybe more at the weekend. I feel great.
