Predator Nutrition Transformation Competition - PES Anabeta + Erase Stack
Hello everyone,
I have decided to enter the Predator Nutrition Transformation Competition. My goal is of course to win but even more challenge myself and see how much I can change my physique in 10 weeks.
About me:
Male
31 years
196 cm
91 kg
Goals:
Add ass much lean body mass as possible during these 10 weeks. I will not cut but run a lean bulk. Since I am not cutting I don´t know how noticeable my transformation will be but hopefully I will get some decent results.
Training background:
I have always been an active person and started lifting weights when I was around 14-15 years old. However, like most young kids I was not very serious and consistent with the training and my diet was non existent. I have always been a lengthy skinny guy and when I trained kickboxing for 5-6 years I was about 73 kg. When I was around 25-26 I became more serious about lifting and I increased my weight to 96 kg through an (unfortunately) dirty bulk. It´s only the last 18 months that I have been super serious about bodybuilding and only last 6 months about diet. It´s never too late to change, right?
Current training program:
During these 10 weeks I will run the Big Beyond Belief 4 days per week routine. I have read both positives and negatives about this routine and I feel like this is a good time to make an attempt at it myself.
Diet:
I will not log my diet but I will try to eat lean foods. Mainly complex carbs from beans, sweet potatoes, lentils, etc. Lean protein from lean beef, chicken breast, fish, etc. Fats will come from flax seed oil, olive oil, fish, etc.
Supplements:
PES Anabeta (8 weeks)
PES Erase (6 weeks)
Athletix Sports Adamantium (4 weeks)
USP Jack3d
Whey
Creatine
I never ran any form of AAS or PH/PS.
If I forgot anything feel free to ask questions or comment. I will post pictures of my non-impressive physique on Saturday (need to buy a newspaper).

Much appreciated Barry!
BTW: I will start my supplement regime next week and post updates weekly on how I'm feeling both physically and mentally.
My regime will be like this:
Anabeta Week 1-8 (4 caps on off days and 5 on training days, 2 with pre-workout meal)
Erase Week 2-7 (2 caps per day)
Adamantium Week 3-6 (1 scoop, 1 hour before bed on off days and post-workout on training days)

Are you with Adamantium rather than Formula-X?

Not really. When I ordered it PN did not have Formula-X in stock yet (sometime last year). I do however use BCAAs spiked with extra L-Leucine in addition to the Adamantium.

Quick update:
Done with the first week of the BBB training program. Quite unusual program for me as I usually run a 4-5 split. However I like the theory behind it and I want to see what it can bring to the table. My body seems to handle the program really well and there are no negative signs so far. I don´t know what to expect result wise but hopefully I will have some nice gains in the next 10 weeks. This is a 18 week program but I will only be able to complete the first 11 weeks before this body transformation competition ends.
I have yet to start my supplement stack. That will start this Monday and I am really excited to see how this might benefit my training and my results for the next 8 weeks. Hopefully I will be able to peak my conditioning for the end of this comp.
That´s it for now. Will update next weekend to tell what my first week on Anabeta brings.

Quick update:
Training
Done with the second week of the BBB program. This week was much harder than the first one as intensity increased substantially. The theory is to train right on the border of overtraining and that´s exactly what it feels like. Reports have shown that the first three weeks are the hardest until your body adapts and copes with the physical stress. Also, something happened in my lower back during dead lifts. I seem to have strained something on the right side of it and I was having problems completing my workout yesterday. Hopefully it is just a minor issue and will heal rapidly.
Supplementation
Completed the first five days on Anabeta. One thing I noticed almost immediately was a boost in libido. Literally from the second day. I don´t know if this is due to the Anabeta but I have not added anything else that might boost libido. Is Anabeta even capable of doing something like this?
Another thing I have noticed is that I feel more thirsty throughout the day. My mouth is almost constantly dry and I urge water all the time.
There might have been some indications of a thermogenic effect as well since I feel warmer (higher bodytemp) than usual, especially a few hours after my workout just before bedtime.
No pronounced increase in appetite yet but this is more common for the second week, if it happens at all.
I don´t stand behind these statements a 100% yet as it is to early to say. I am just stating how I feel. It might all be in my head. I am not convinced yet but as I said it has been only five days so far.
From Monday I will put Erase into the mix as well. Will report back next weekend

I had a profound thirst for water when I first started AnaBeta- this is very common.
Some note increases in body temperature and libido increases as well. This seems to vary more from person to person. Usually what comes next is muscle fullness and vascularity.
