    Quick update:

    Training

    Completed the third week of the BBB program. I am now done with Ramp 1 and will enter Supergrowth Phase 1 next week. This week was the hardest so far. Intensity was the same as last week but volume went up. Despite this I felt absolutely phenomenal! My stamina and focus during the workouts were definitely up and I did not feel fatigued or disheartened in spite of 20+ sets. This has been the best week so far.

    Supplementation

    I have now completed 13 days on Anabeta and 6 days on Erase. I still have an immense thirst. This might be the only negative with Anabeta as you feel constantly thirsty, ultimately leading to a lot of urination. Libido is still going strong but the thermogenic feeling I had the first week is not there anymore. Hunger is definitely up this week. I feel much less full after a meal and I get hungry again after an hour or so. But I try to control it so I don´t get fat(ter)!

    Energy and stamina are also up this week. Another thing I noticed is an increase in muscle fullness and hardness. My muscles look fuller in the mirror and I have this all day feeling of muscle tightness/hardness. I also look slightly more vascular with a few veins starting to pop out, which is rare for me as I am not a very vascular guy.

    All in all I feel great!

    When will you run it?

    PS: Having a good libido is not always positive...LOL.

    Hopefully will be starting the PES stack this week. Im very fortunate in that I only live a short bus ride from the Predator retail store, so I am in there every Saturday morning buying something. Agree about the libido, at least its somewhere to rest the bar in the gym haha.

    Quick update:

    Training

    Completed the fourth week of the BBB program. I am now done with the first week of Supergrowth Phase 1. Supergrowth Phase 1 lasts for a total of three weeks. During the Supergrowth Phase intensity drops dramatically and it felt very strange having a rest period of 180 sec between sets. I really had to control myself to follow the program to a T and not shorten the rest period. I just wanted to lift and 3 min seemed like forever! Stamina and energy levels in the gym are still great. Mental focus is strong and I am seeing indications of strength increases.

    Supplementation

    I have now completed 20 days on Anabeta, 13 days on Erase and 6 days on Adamantium. I am still thirsty all the time. Libido is through the roof. Hunger is heightened.

    I still have an increase in muscle fullness and hardness. I feel like I look leaner as well and when I did dead lifts yesterday the belt felt looser than usual. Strength is up. I am doing heavier weights easier and I am also able to do a few more reps on a certain weight especially in compound exercises like dead lifts, squats, bench press, military press etc.

    All in all I still feel great!

    I have been taking the Anabeta/Erase Pro stack for 5 days now. Feeling thirsty a lot but still no increase in appetite or libido. I have increased my daily protein intake.

    I will Barry, thanks for the support.
    I did the same thing; increased my total protein and some extra BCAAs pre-, intra-, post workout. I did not notice much hunger until the end of the second week so you still have time.
