Strect Marks and tanning
I have strect mark mainly cuz I have gained 56lbs in 1 year and half Whats the best product to reduce them I have tried bio oil but dont think its that good any advise be great.

Also tanning am going to start using the sun beds whats the recommends usage per week i dont wanna look fake (orange)

Squat Max 150kg
Deadlift 140kg
Bench Press 100kg
Delt Pressing 90kg


7 Weeks into cutting Phase
Start At 105kg now at 99kg Lost 6 KG , Starting To step up cardio more this week

You could try Vitemin E oil. It worked for my scar. As far as the tanning bed. The people at your salon should be able to start you out right. It's in their best interest not to let you burn. Get it to your desired level of darkness and they can set you up a maintenance plan after.

I think it's cocobutter or some thing like that preggers birds use it. I use it when I run out of KY Jelly as it smells so nice.

Yeah Palmers Cocoa Butter is good.. I think they do an oil especially for stretch marks. To avoid further occurences make sure you moisturise every day!!!! LOL... You can use the normal butter for this!

As for tanning... start off slowly, and always use a tanning aid such as Californiatan melted butter.. This will help maximise the tan by helping the skin absorb the UV. Without the use of a tanning cream the skin reflects about 40% of the UV. It also provides the skin with nutrients lost through sweating and also neutralises odours created from indoor tanning!!!!

my missus is pregnant she uses

bio oil, palmers cocoa butter, and vit e oil, she hasnt had any stretch marks yet, ive used the vit e oil on mine didnt do much though

Hmm i read up bit on the cocoa butter :/ seems to work for some and not others :/ Gonna give it a try :( Growing fast and getting hit with stretch marks really sucks.

New here, so heres my take, Ive worked in the toiletries and cosmetic industry for 20years with my speciality Premium hair and skin care and heres the truth there isn't really any products out there that will visibly reduce your stretch marks thats a time thing!!! Although by keeping your skin moisturised this will help keep it supple and improve the elasticity and thereby help to reduce the severity when you do grow too quickly.....I wish lol..........:confused:
