As for tanning... start off slowly, and always use a tanning aid such as Californiatan melted butter.. This will help maximise the tan by helping the skin absorb the UV. Without the use of a tanning cream the skin reflects about 40% of the UV. It also provides the skin with nutrients lost through sweating and also neutralises odours created from indoor tanning!!!! | Where can you get that stuff Kate?
