Training with a cold....

Hello.

Got a bit of a cold at the mo - dont worry, it's not man-flu, so I should survive!!

But....is it ok to train with a cold? - I have heard mumblings that it might not be a good idea, but is that just 'old wives tales'?

Cheers

Re: Training with a cold....

You feel like sh*t but your muscles don't know you've got a cold.

I train with a cold but tend to go a bit lighter or fewer sets. More of a maintenance session.

Carefull mate though if your body is to worn down you could be at greater risk from injury so if you dont feel up for it lower the intensity.
