Thyroid trouble?

Hi, i tried stacker 2's during cutting when people started to comment on my 'podginess'. Anyway they did not agree with me, i got bad headaches(more than usual) and started to get real anxious. I came off them a week or so after starting. Now i am losing weight rapidly and my heart rate is up. Been like this for three weeks now. Can Stackers cause thyroid trouble.???
