Bad ankle strain

Whilst playing rugby last season i had an unfortunate ankle injury. i was lifted up in the line out but on my way down my front support stepped forward, causing the majority of my weight to shift off my foot (which stopped moving when it landed on his foot) onto my ankle (which ended up on touching the ground!!!) and caused me to pretty much scream like a sissy girl, however i shurrgued it off and played a full 80 mins on it

tuesday, while training for pre season rugby, i was tackled and my ankle went again, this time worse...

since i have private health cover should i try and get some private physio on it?? ( i left it be last time it happened to heal on its own, mistake??)

ideas wud be useful..
