hard water
hi i had this lump in my forearm which was painful, and my mate said it might be hard water what is this and how does it happen and what can i do to avoid it in the future thanks.

hard water? where abouts was it? was it near your wrist on the iside of your arm? if so it could have been a syst(sp) on the tendons

yeah it was right on the inside of my elbow on the forearm side it was hard as bone but painful as hell to the touch

It could be a ganglion cyst. I'm not sure if that is what DB was referring to or not.
I have one on my wrist, but it doesn't hurt like hell.
