Nice article, i think 12 is too much. Im sure you guys will disagree, i just think 25 tabs a day is steep(for me).

chd?

IMHO - CHD is mostly myth SD as the met/tox are only found in the liver and that isn't used for the manufact of the fish oils.

By CHD I meant Coronary Heart Disease, the article I think does support you on the toxins front too as well as your recommended dosage of 12 caps a day.

As the particular brand of Fish oil you recommend is 3x absorption is it necessary to take so many of these?

LOL I'm half asleep... I thought I wrote toxins? LOL Now I look back and OOOPS!

Yeah SD that was the dosage I use for that brand. Its actual absorbtion isn't really much higher just better as in less stomach distress, better for the intestines and no fish breath

Lol no worries!

So whilst for legal reasons you recommended 6 caps a day, conforming with current literature, you advocate 12 caps as being more beneficial with the alchemy programme?

I am almost afraid to ask as these werent cheap either (but worth it IMHO).

I personally take 12 capsules of fish oil a day, have been and will continue to do so.

(did it answer the question?)

If you eat 6 meals a day, that is only 2 tabs with each meal.
Or 3 tabs with 4 meals.
It's omega 3 fatty acid ratios to omega 6 fatty acids.
Eat fish everyday and dont take any tabs, the choice is yours!;)

Man I love the fish oils.
Just found another article on the prostate and EFA's.
I found I had better urine flow while going to the bathroom using the fish oils. After reading the article I know now what I suspected why I had better uring flow.
My urine flow is better now than like 10 years ago.
This can only be a good thing.
I swear it helped my nuts come back after atrophy. Just speculation but I honestly do feel this.
Also the anti-inflamitory properties is awesome too, not to mention joint lubrication.

My dog hurt her paw she was limping around pretty bad.
I gave her 2 caps a day of fish oil and her paw had less swelling.
She also has a very nice coat and I do contribute some of this to the oil as well.
Fish oils are so popular here in the States they even have them at pharmacies and grocery stores.

when we still owned the personal chef business we used to leave a special gelatine and gravy bowl for the dogs
I would make up a large container of fresh beef gravy with lots of beef in it and then add in unflavored gelatine packets and open about 20 or so fish oil caps into it. the owners would just put a big scoop of this into the dog bowl with their food each day, really works the treat for german shepards who have joint problems.

We give it to our dog Nikita (a female german shepard/husky mix, it looks like she wears makeup lol)
