Cool Diet, Training and a ?

Ive been training for a while now and noticed i can eat a lot more then i did and made myself a diet please let me know what you think!
Breakfast: omega 3 fish oils, musli w/ Honey, 2 boiled eggs and whey protein
break 10am: creatine, orange juice, pear, avacado, carrot, grapefruit
Dinner: pasta and tuna with a large salad
Before workout: creatine, 2 bananas w/ honey, whey protein (after work-out)
Tea Time: Baked Potato w/ Tuna, Rice and large Salad
Bedtime:Scrambled Eggs on Toast or Whey Protein

My missus is on a diet and i normally have a plate of what shes eating at tea time but she dont always cook(lazy cow) she eats things like fish, vegtables and new potatos etc.

Training: i take creatine though the day as im a bricklayer and im lifting heavy materials all day, I jog every morning before i eat breakfast, do boxing mondays and wednesdays, do heavy training Tuesdays and Thursdays, dont train weekends cause im out on the ****:beer1: , I also got Extreme Glutamine Complex and Extreme Amino Capsules and want to know where i should fit them to in my diet?
cheers
Rob

Depending on your stats, cals look low, definitely more protein needed.

10am - replace with protein & complex carb

Take the creatine at brekky and post workout.

Unless your tea is immediately pwo another carb source is needed.

Prebed,i prefer a protein & fat meal, however if your bodytype can handle it then go with the eggs on toast or have porridge with the whey.

Amino's post workout(pre if you can afford to)

Glutamine on waking, pre and pwo and before bed are the best times.
