Haha I knew that was coming.

Theres not much I can say really, you guys have it tried and tested - no reply of mine to that.

All I'll say is, from what I've read and what I've done myself and with clients - I haven't noticed muscle loss, then again I haven't gone sub 6%. We all have our own views which makes this sport interesting - you - as do many other BBing champs believe low intensity the way to go. I have no titles, no comp experience just stuff I've read, my own thoughts and people I train and I'm behing HIIT (mixed with low intensity as I stated)

Can I back my beliefs with real life examples? Unfortunately not - I'll bump this thread in 5 years time

Unforutnately for me i tried that in 2006..when i lost my bristish title and basically wasted away like a POW victim..2007 returned to normall and the difference was light years appart..see pics

1st pic( top left) 2006 uibbn worlds and then wabba herc 2007 (you can see how muscle i lost espicially in my quads)
