Just had Blood Test, God!

I decided while having my blood test done to add B12 and Testosterone checked.

B12 - 1130 ng/L (range is 197 - 866)
Marked as high, should it be this high if im BBing?

The most depressing!

Testosterone - 12.6 nmol/L (range is 9.9 - 27.8)
How the hell am i supposed to build muscle and be lean if i got test level that low, im 19 years old it should not be low, the test was taken in the morning when testosterone levels are highest aswell!

Im seeing the docter again next week on thursday. he phoned me up saying they were fine...Yeah, for an old women.

How would i go about getting meds off the docter?

Re: Just had Blood Test, God!

Same dude, my levels are 12 too. However, I have cycled dianabol twice. Got my final appointment with the endocrinologist on the 20th. Hoping he is going to do something about it. if not, I will be hitting a PCT Cycle.

Never used steroids, i was consuming 1600 calories a day though, going to start taking T3 (wilsons syndrome) and see if it helps.

Docter said its fine and no need for HRT. What do you guys think, i tried to get a blood test but was refused as my previous levels are fine. Is this actually a big deal?

EDIT: I have started to eat more now, around 2000 calories. Gaining fat though...Cant wait for my T3 to arrive.

Re: Just had Blood Test, God!

1600 cals a day is pretty low for a male ,
the daily amount should be 2500 average ,
would have nothing to do with that matey !!

Re: Just had Blood Test, God!

O.K so your eating 1600 cals a day and you expect your test levels to be high?????????????

1. Eating such low amounts of food will lower test.
2. How much fat are you eating in your diet - too little = low test.
3. Veg how much and what type in your diet?
4. How is your digestion...... bloating, belching, gas etc?
5. Get a Zinc tally (zinc defficiency test), low calls = low amounts of zinc in the diet = low test.

You don't need T3 or another testosterone test, you need a well constucted diet and to check to see what difficencies you have caused with the starvation diet you have been on.
