yes i have posted it a few time

i like the part RE body fat and the point as to where you think you are 15% but could be 13-20%

i also agree with the requirement not to eat way above calorie requirements

Yeah good article especially the chart of how many cals you should be eating aka at 200lb lean mass you need over 4k to gain weight and thats naturally thus most chemically enhanced atheletes propably under eat.

Really good food for thought, im 15% bodyfat at the moment, depending on how accurate my scales are! and am Mid cycle. My bodyfat percentage has hardly changed since ive started my cycle even though ive gone from 190lb to 210lbs. I now realise i could have done this from 10% bodyfat instead and maintained it.
