Here is a tid bit on Calcium Here's an excerpt from an article in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition. published in April 2002. The article discussed the research findings of R. P. Heaney and colleagues from Creighton University in Nebraska. "... increasing calcium intake by the equivalent of two dairy servings per day could reduce the risk of overweight substantially, perhaps by as much as 70 percent."

Remember I keep suggesting that food is better than supplements? Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is found in meat and cheese. It is known to fight cancer, strengthen immune system, lose weight, overall good health and is benifitial in even 1/20 of 1% in food. So next time you eat some meat or cheese dont feel so bad about the cholesterol.
