What is the best supplement for great pumps
Hi just wondering what is the best supplement for great pumps in the gym so it feels like your going to bust and gives you great energy while training

taurine
glycerol monostearate
CEE/Mono

With squash and for me that works just as well as any other PWO supp.

Superpump is a good one for this I agree as is NO-Xplode but I personally like Juggernaut by Infinite Labs.

wahts the point in the pumps? like ive never got the point in these products. does the pump last much longer, say you do arms or something and they pump up with blood a inch or so more, does this stay?

most of them are energy boosters also..plus increased blood flow is defo good for the muscle building process.
