im still in mixed minds about this product. i like to go for a run before breakfast and was considering taking one scoop with my bcaas etc with this and then 1 scoop before my resistance work out which is about 2 hours after my run mainly for energy purposes..any opinions?

Got a tub of Superpump delivered today. When it says it's better with a small meal, what do you think is the best thing to have? Or doesn't it matter as long as you eat something/anything?

well i've tried 1, 2 and 3 scoops with and without eating prior, it had very little effect. it must work well for some judging by the great reviews it receives but not for me. i say try it and see if you're one of the lucky ones.

probably the best product for actual 'pump'. Use it once per week on fridays, chest and bicep day. Works a treat. Gives excellent pump which lasts quite awhile.

i dont get much of a buzz from this product, much prefer Ultralifes Extreme NOX pump for drive, focus and stamina. Both are excellent to be fair tho.

just dont over use these types of products as your body adapts making them much weaker later down the line.

i love superpump its fcukin mint stuff especially when training arms, they looked massive and were throbin like a pornstars tool!! class!! i'm trying phd v pump at mo gotta say i got the lemon flavour cos was all he had avail in shop, and it made my head turn inside out really bitter and strong flavour .....RANK!! had 2 scoops and got a little buzz but nothin like the 1st time i took superpump i had 1 scoop and i was as high as a scaffolders spanner!! ;)

Do you guys take this PWO only or on off days aswell?? Just reading up on it and guidelines are to take 1 scoop on non-training days, that would cost a hell of alot!!!!

Only pre workout, 30 minutes before, one scoop.

I train 4 times per week, so this lasts me 10 weeks!

I think these stimulant based pre-workout drinks are less effective if taken every day, you can build up a resistance to them. Also I've heard that people who take other stimulants... those who drink a lot of coffee for example can be somewhat immune to their effects. The companies that make though, would love you to go through the tub as quickly as possible so they can sell you some more. I'd be interested in hearing any different opinions.

Nice 1 thanks, ye taken before training sounds gd that way it will last longer lol I'm on a cut at the moment so this will be for later on in the year when gonna start mass building, I was also looking at SizeOn but that and this together equals ££££££'s!!!!!!!
