Ok so i bought this, to give it a go. Well i must Say i am impressed, it gave me an Incredible Pump, within minutes of me doing my first warm up Set, from then on, my Shoulders felt as if they were about to Explode.

Nice one mate, its good stuff. It worked for me anyway. i took it about 30-40mins before my workout.

Tell us what you think once uv tried it?

Ive used Pro GF myself but I dont have anything to compare it against at the minute as I started it as soon as I got back into training. I must admit considering Ive had around 2 years out I do feel stronger than I thought I would. And the pumps you get from Pro GF are really good. I think Im going to leave it for a few months now and try again and see what the difference is.

Getting a good pump is good but the point is will it help me get bigger? what do you guys think?

If money is an issue then its not the best choice as personally i dont think it directly increases size but like most of these suppluments if it can be afforded it makes a nice addition to every thing.
I use it my self but it tastes worse than any thing i have ever drunk....no joke

Haha I have to agree, no its not great for gaining weight its just a bonus if you can afford it, as for tase, the first time I tried it I hated it but Im used to it now, can drink it like water now

yeh ive used Pro GF a few times, the lemon one is just about drinkable haha! found it to be very good though as a pre workout supplement.

basically I use it as a luxury supplement when I can afford it.
