which product gives the best pump?
which products do you guys recon gives the best pump?
the best i have tried is maximuscles pump up + NO2 i was so pumped i could hardly fit my arms in my shirt.

take it about 20mins before workout. Preferably on an empty stomach.

cool i may invest in some, i looked at some things on here that people said it made them sick, but thats probly them not reading the instructions. cheers for the help

i've only used the dorian yates nox pump. it does work great, but i feel it's paying for vanity. the only times i use it is when i'm feeling lethargic and tired before a workout as a booster
