what the fcuk.. ithough you was fcuking around, there is a sticker on there, it says you may wish to try half a serving first.. iv peeled it off.. theres ingrediants written there but i dont know what they are someones gone over them with a bloody marker..dodgey as fcuk.. can anyone tell me whats in this stuff.. used it today, had a awesome chest workout.. but about half hour after taking it, it felt like my head was on fire and my cheeks were burning!! and i was swetting for no reason!!! i dunno about using two a day though.

I use Nox Pump every work out day, I don't see what all he fuss is about. Yes, it tastes minging but it doesn't give killer pumps. It does however give incredible mental focus, it is superb for that alone. Especially because my gym is full of homos shaking their asses in front of the weight stack (I'm not joking either!) to the Euro pop on TV - I can blank them all out!

ha ha homo's shking a*se yeh we have few in our gym too.. actually a lot.. i get some crazy pumps off this nox, used it again today.. after workout, after ive eaten and stuff etc.. i fall asleep?? hmmmmm?? its good stuff though would recommend it taste aint that bad, reminds of a pint of bitter with some orange juice in it.

Here I took that sticker off the back. It pulled some of the ink off the marker that had been used to scrub out the message. It actually does say something using the words 'AAS' specifically. Wtf? Suppose ng arent gonna do **** anyway.

I took a whole sachet tonight before training - WTF no good, I became the most most moody f-er of all time!! HAd to go to the pub with mate to chill out, will not be taking again TBH it was too much - although work out was very good!!!

It says:

This product has been tested by an IOC testing centre and has been shown to contain no banned substances or AAS above x part in xxx.xxxxmg

Basically says it's IOC ok and contains nothing nasty.

I peeled the sticker off and rubbed the black marker many times with washing up liquid.

It says it contains no AAS - you can wash the black off in about 15 mins with a dish washing clothes, a little water and wasing up liquid

If you mix it with:

- Ribena
- Orange Juice
- Grape Juice

Those are what I've mixed it with before and it tasted ok.

Had it for the first time last night doing legs, was good, different feeling to the likes of enrage, when I came home I was chatting non stop to the missus for about 2 hrs lol
